Alan Rogers Review
This is a convenient municipal site located on the bank of the River Schelde opposite the city centre. It is possible to walk into the heart of this ancient and interesting city (the tunnel is 2 km. from the campsite, and is about 500 m. long), although cycling may be a better option. The site is fairly level with tarmac roads, and has 70 pitches (25 seasonal units, leaving 45 for tourists), most with access to 10A electricity hook-ups. You will need the adapter cable (deposit payable) as the electric hook-ups are not like any you have seen before, and some long leads may be necessary.

Getting there...
From the north follow ringroad around Antwerp through the Kennedy tunnel and keep right to Linkeroever. Turn right at Esso petrol station, then left at first traffic lights. Turn left at St Annastrandens tunnel on the Thonetlaan. Site is on right after 2 km.
