The Carnac and La Trinité area of Brittany is popular with British holidaymakers. Camping de la Plage is one of two sites, close to each other and owned by members of the same family, with direct access to the safe, sandy beach of Kervillen Plage. There are 195 grass pitches of which 122 are for touring (34 are used by tour operators). All are hedged and have electricity (6/10A), water and drainage. The site has a slight slope and a few pitches reflect this. With narrow roads and sharp bends, it is not suitable for large units.
Facilities
Toilet blocks (one heated) have free hot water, washbasins in cubicles, baby baths and facilities for children and disabled visitors. Laundry facilities. Small swimming pool with water slides. Play areas including ball pool. Tennis. TV. Entertainment programme in high season for all ages. Bicycle hire. Beach. Guided tours. Internet access and WiFi (charged). Communal barbecue areas (gas or electric only on pitches).

Getting there...
From N165 at Auray take D28 (La Trinité-sur-Mer). On through town following signs to Carnac-Plage on D186. Site signed off this road to the south. Take care to take road signed to Kervillen Plage where it forks. At seafront turn right. Site is 300 m. on right. Site is well signed.
