Alan Rogers Review
Although this is quite a large site, this is not immediately apparent with its woodland location. Careful design has allowed both single pitches in little glades and groups on cleared grassy areas with plenty of gentle shade. Around 350 of the pitches are for tourers and all have electricity (10A), water, drainage and cable TV connection. Cars must be parked at the entrance car park. The very smart reception (more like a hotel than a camp site!) provides information packs in English, with a pleasant restaurant at the rear which the owners call ‘a living room for guests’.
