Le Prese is on the Tirano to St Moritz road, south of the Bernina Pass. Camping Cavresc is on grassy meadows in the Valposchiano valley and, with its southern climate, peaceful ambience and beautiful views, is a very good, newly built site with ultramodern sanitary facilities. For tourers there are 30 flat, level pitches, all with 10A electricity and water, plus a large area for around 50 tents. There is little shade. If the campsite reception is unmanned, walk back into town, as the Sertori family who own the site also run the small well stocked supermarket. Le Prese is close to Italy and the Poschiavo Lake.

Getting there...
Le Prese is 6 km. south of Poschiavo. Coming from Italy on road no. 29, the site is towards the southern end of the town. Turn right towards Pagnoncini/Cantone and site is on right in about 100 m. Go over a humpback bridge at the entrance.
