Callassande is a popular family site south of Den Helder. The site is 900 m. from a sandy beach. Pitches are large and grassy. All are equipped with 10A electricity and a TV connection. A number of super pitches are also available (larger pitches with water and drainage). A number of mobile homes are available for rent. Callassande boasts a superb swimming pool complex, comprising a covered sub-tropical pool with water slides. The pool’s roof can be removed on sunny days. There is an excellent children’s play area adjacent to the pool, featuring a pirate ship and trampolines.

Head north from Alkmaar on N9 (towards Den Helder) as far as Zand. Here, follow signs to Groote Keeten and the site.
