Alan Rogers Review
This site is situated in the middle of the Bois des Finges pine forest on a rocky wooded hillside. It is attractive and maintained in sympathy with its natural surroundings. With 100 pitches cut out of the hillside, some are difficult to access but the manager will help. They can take units of up to 7 metres but mainly smaller units and tents in some parts. All pitches are screened by trees and 62 have 4A electricity (long leads useful). Staff are welcoming and helpful but little English is spoken. Useful for an overnight stop. There is weekday noise from a quarry opposite. Reception houses a café and a shop at the entrance but the toilet blocks are at the top and bottom of the site so a steep walk for some.
