St Wolfgang, a pretty little village on the lake of the same name which was made famous by the operetta, White Horse Inn, is ringed by hills in a delightful situation. Camping Appesbach has an attractive lakeside location with a small boat jetty and offers views over this most attractive lake. The site has 170 pitches, with 100 for touring units (including 20 tent pitches) with some in regular rows and the rest on open meadows that could become full in high season. Pitches near the lakeside have higher charges. All have electricity (10A) with a mix of German and European sockets.

Site is 30 km. ESE of Salzburg. From B158 Salzburg - Bad Ischl road, just east of Stobl turn north to St Wolfgang. Site is on the left 1 km. before St Wolfgang.
