Camping Amedi

Borsodbóta, Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen, North Hungary

Alan Rogers Review

Amedi is a small site under Dutch ownership in the quiet village of Borsodbóta in the Bükk National Park in the northeast of Hungary. The site has 40 pitches, on level, grassy fields with gravel access roads. It is landscaped with flowers and pine trees. Neither marked nor numbered, the pitches are up to 120 sq.m. in size, all with 4-10A electricity, some in the shade of trees. There is little shade as yet and the Hungarian summers can be hot. There are beautiful views over the mountains and the village. A good toilet block and a circular pool for a refreshing swim are centrally located. The site is ideal for those who want to enjoy the many birds and butterflies in Bükk.
