Alan Rogers Review
The approach to this Holiday Park is set in the grounds of the stately home of Burton Constable, and is most impressive – one of the gatehouses acts as reception and tourist information room. The original 300-acre park which was landscaped by Capability Brown in the 18th century and the 90-acre holiday complex, with its well trimmed grass and hedges, has a spacious feel. Much of the park is devoted to holiday homes, but there is a separate touring area on grass, overlooking two sizeable lakes. The 160 pitches all have 10A electricity, there is a separate field for tents and a large hardstanding area for six motorcaravans.
