This friendly beachside park is located at the end of a private road right beside the beautiful Sussex coast and its pebble beach and the park’s own brand new 9-hole golf course. Two separate areas of grass (some areas are a little uneven) are surrounded by low banks and hedges to give some shelter if it is windy. Careful use of wooden fencing adds to the attractiveness, whilst also keeping the rabbits off the flowers. The 94 touring pitches (80 sq.m, most with 16A electricity and some with hardstanding) are neatly marked and numbered. Several caravan holiday homes for hire are positioned at the back of the park.
Facilities
Each area has toilet facilities, one a new, fully equipped block with private cubicles (shower, washbasin and WC) and facilities for babies and disabled visitors. Heated when required, both blocks are kept very clean. Fully equipped laundry room. Motorcaravan services. Well stocked shop. Golf (9-holes). Clubhouse for tea, coffee and snacks. Gas. Children’s play area (10 yrs and under). Winter caravan storage.

Getting there...
From the A27/A259 roundabout at Pevensey take A259 through Pevensey Bay. Park and golf course are signed after 1 mile (private access road) to the left, 2 miles east of Eastbourne. O.S.GR: TQ648028.
