If you have young children or non-swimmers in your party, then the southern shores of the lake where this Balatontourist site is situated are ideal as you can walk out for nearly a kilometre before the water rises to more than a metre in depth. It is a large site with its own direct access to the lake, offering 456 touring pitches with 10A electricity. There are many tall trees and the more attractive pitches are near the lakeside, including some unshaded ones alongside the water with views on the Tihany peninsula.
