Augustenhof Strand Camping

Nordborg/Als, Sønderjylland, Jutland

Alan Rogers Review

People looking for real peace and quiet are well off on this remote site on the Lillebælt waters. Because of its remote location, there is little traffic around. Augustenhof has been developed on the land of a former farm giving feeling of space, mainly because of the marvellous views of the sea from most pitches. There are 190 large, grassy pitches with 115 for touring units. Arranged in rows off gravel roads and separated at the rear by low hedges, most have 6/13A electricity. There is very little shade, but a firm sea breeze will normally cool things down in summer.
