Alan Rogers Review
Applewood is a 13-acre touring park, adjacent to the famous Banham Zoo. One day’s entrance fee gives unlimited access whilst on the campsite. Applewood has 200 pitches with 190 on level grass and ten on hardstanding; 120 have electric hook-ups (10A). The large central area has undelineated pitches for those who do not need electricity. Other pitches surrounding this area are in small groups separated by neat laurel hedges. There is a further area with pitches and a large field for rallies. Just four minutes walk from the park is a small supermarket, a pub/restaurant, a fish and chip shop and gift shops.
